1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account on Pashtun Nikah (“the Platform,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the Platform.
2. Purpose & Eligibility
Pashtun Nikah is a matrimonial platform created exclusively for the Pashtun Muslim community. To register you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be legally eligible to marry under the laws of your country of residence
- Identify as Muslim and of Pashtun heritage or background
- Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information at all times
3. Profile Approval & Moderation
All profiles are manually reviewed by our admin team before being published. We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or permanently remove any profile that:
- Contains false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Violates our community standards or Islamic principles
- Is used for purposes other than sincere matrimonial intentions
- Is reported and found to be in breach of these terms
4. Subscription & Payments
Pashtun Nikah offers a free tier with limited features and a paid Gold Plan subscription. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use the Platform in good faith. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Creating fake or duplicate profiles
- Impersonating another person or using someone else’s information
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other members
- Sharing or soliciting inappropriate content
- Using the Platform for commercial solicitation or spam
- Attempting to circumvent security measures or access restricted areas
Violations will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to law enforcement where appropriate.
6. Privacy of Contact Information
Contact details, guardian (wali) information, and phone numbers are never displayed publicly. They are only shared by our admin team upon mutual acceptance of a request, in line with Islamic matrimonial practice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and functionality of the Platform is the property of Pashtun Nikah. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Pashtun Nikah facilitates connections but does not guarantee marriages or the accuracy of member-submitted information. We are not liable for any outcomes arising from interactions between members. You use the Platform at your own risk.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
